About Neurospicy.fit
Neurospicy.fit is practical, friendly fitness for neurodivergent people — particularly people with ADHD, autism/AuDHD, executive-function difficulties, sensory issues, or simply people who find conventional fitness advice difficult to stick to.
This is not a medical site and should not be read as one.
Who is Neurospicy.fit for?
We use neurospicy as an informal umbrella term for brains that work a little differently.
You don’t need a diagnosis, and we’re not here to give you one.
If conventional fitness advice works for you, brilliant.
If it doesn’t, have a look around.
What we believe
- Reduce friction.
- Reduce decisions.
- Something counts.
- Missing workouts isn’t failure.
- Starting again is normal.
- Exercise doesn’t have to be optimised to be worthwhile.
We’re not here to fix your brain. We’re here to make moving your body slightly less annoying.
What we deliberately avoid
- Streaks and guilt
- “You missed your workout!” nonsense
- Transformation language and weight-loss obsession
- Complicated programmes and endless onboarding questions
A person who hasn’t exercised for three weeks should be welcomed back exactly the same way as someone who exercised yesterday.
Evidence, carefully
Where we talk about ADHD, autism or research, we aim to be evidence-informed — not pseudo-medical. See oursources pagefor how we handle citations.
